Intrax suspension systems are custom built to fit your needs. Three different levels of performance are available in each of the three kits. Street, Track Day or Full Race set-ups in the RSA, IK2 and 4-WAY. The springs, valving range and length of the shocks and struts depends on which of those uses your targeting.

"RSA"
2-Way Adjustable Steel / INOX Mono Tube: High End Damping-System

The RSA is an RS with externally adjustable damping. The internals are more complex to give an even better damping characteristic. Different from our competitors, Intrax chooses for one single adjuster knob for both the compression and rebound adjustment. With this single knob the total damping can be adjusted over a wide range of 40 clicks from comfortable to sportive/hard. By using one knob the relationship between compression and rebound always stays correct. Also different from most of our competition, our adjuster changed not only the rebound but also the even more important low-speed and high-speed compression damping. The RSA has an internal thermostat that keeps the damping constant, avoiding the harsh ride in the cold morning, and the loss of damping in the heat of the battle.

"IK2"
"2-Way Adjustable Mono Tube : High End Modular Built."

The 1K2 is a real High-End shock absorber for demanding street- and competition use. The 1K2 is build using the finest materials. The housing is made from 7075 aluminum. This guarantees low weight, maximum strength and optimum cooling. The 1K2 damper is always chosen in the largest size possible for the most accurate damping control: normally a 46mm body with a 40mm piston and a 16mm piston rod. Mc. Pherson struts are normally converted from the standard 22mm piston rod to an upside-down system with a 40 or 45mm guidance tube for maximum stiffness and wheel guidance. This is especially important when the G-forces are higher than obtainable with the standard vehicle.

"4-WAY"
"Top Off The Range, Highly Advanced Modular Mono Tube Damper"

This is a professional set and will help driver to find set-ups for all kind of conditions.

The 4-way is a top of the line product. The low-speed compression, high-speed compression and rebound damping is separately adjustable. The low-speed compression damping controls the front-rear and left-right movements of the car (pitch and roll). The high-speed compression controls the movement of the wheels over sharp bumps, like marbles and curb stones. The rebound damping controls the body movements and absorbs unwanted energies, which otherwise would unsettle the car.

Shipping & Lead Time: As a general rule, Intrax Suspension kits will be custom built to order. Lead time please allow 1-4 weeks depending on the factory schedule at time of ordering. We may from time to time have a kit for you in stock. Shipping charges the shopping cart will calculate will not be accurate. These kits will be drop shipped directly from the factory to you so you will have inbound International shipping in addition to the kit. Call or email us with your address, and we can calculate shipping costs. You could use $350 as a ball park estimate.

In the past, we have used a separate order form for placing International orders. We have quit using that process and are requiring all customer to use the shopping cart system built into the web site and it's check out process.

If you simply want a quotation and are not ready to place an order, then cut and paste the contents of your shopping basket, take a screen shot of the basket, or make a list of items and send us a email requesting a quotation with shipping.

If you need shipping prices before you make your final decision to purchase, then you should request that quotation by email and not use the shopping cart checkout process because you will be paying for the parts at that time.

Since our shopping cart and shipping estimator will "NOT" correctly calculate shipping charges on International Orders, we have it set-up to where the shipping will be Zero Dollars ($0.00) when checking out. When the shopping carts address process learns you are not in the United States by selecting your particular country, that's when it switches to equal Zero. That does NOT mean shipping is free.

Upon completion of the check out process, you will have paid for your parts but NOT the shipping on those parts.

Once we look over your parts ordered and calculate shipping weights and box sizes, we will send you an E-Mail with at least one shipping option and maybe several. We utilize UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your parts.

Once you pick a shipping carrier and agree to the quotation by returning the E-Mail, we will be sending a PayPal money request for the amount of the shipping to be collected. If the parts are expected to be shipping out quickly, then you may receive that email quickly. If the parts are going to need to be built or something is on back order from the list of parts, we may hold off sending that E-Mail until we have the shipment ready to go. It can vary from order to order as to how we do that. If you think you should be hearing from us quickly, but you don't, feel free to contact us.
