TERMSMAKING A PURCHASE Upon making a purchase from Lindsey Racing, I hear by pledge to have thoroughly read all of the following information and furthermore I agree to all the terms and conditions listed below. DISCLAIMER Due to the intended use, all LINDSEY RACING products are sold "As-Is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose which are hereby expressly excluded. The buyer assumes all risk as to quality, performance and use of these products and agrees to hold LINDSEY RACING, and their agents and employees harmless for any injury, loss, or damage; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of LINDSEY RACING products. Many parts are intended for "OFF ROAD" and "RACING" applications only. It is suggested that State and Federal emission regulation be checked. Should any product prove defective after purchase, LINDSEY RACING's liability shall be limited to refunding the original cost of the product. In addition, LINDSEY RACING reserves the right to modify and or discontinue parts without notice. CORES/CORE CHARGE Several of our items such as intercoolers, wheels and wastegates require a core be supplied to us in order to modify it into our finished product. In some cases, we need your core in advance to do our work. In other cases, it’s not necessary. In those cases, we can ship you the finished product and charge you a temporary and refundable “core charge” as a deposit until you return ship your core back to us. This can enable you to eliminate down time on the car so you’re not waiting on a part shipping back and forth into order to complete your repair or upgrade. This core charge can vary in amount with the particular product. Your core must be a usable/rebuildable core. Since we will be turning your core into the next customers product, it needs to be in a condition that we can do so. Upon receipt of your returned core, and after it’s inspection, your core charge will be refunded. In some cases, there may be some partial deductions for items missing or broken. For example valves in a cylinder head that are either bent, or missing. In some cases, we will not accept the returned core due to unsatisfactory condition. For example a intercooler that is bent due to a accident or has excessive corrosion or perhaps a wastegate that has heat stress cracks in the hot housing rendering it unusable. Since we cannot determine whether your core is usable or not or whether it will have a deduction due to a missing or damaged component until we have it in our hands and having inspected it, it’s not possible for us to guarantee its 100% acceptable up front of the transaction. ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICY Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the below refund and return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee. We do everything we can in order to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. So time is of the essence if you want to cancel or change your order. Don’t wait! REFUND AND RETURN POLICY No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems. All other returns subject to a 20% restock fee. All returns must be in original packaging. All returns must have a return authorization #. For all current order inquires: support@lindseyracing.com OVERSIZED/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed. Unfortunately not all dimensions and weights are available in the item description. In such cases, when an item or items of an order are flagged oversized or overweight, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. At this time, an additional cost of shipping may be needed to continue or cancellation will be an option. DELIVERY SCHEDULE We process your order right away and most of our orders ship same day. We utilize UPS, DHL and the US Post Office as well as various trucking companies for larger freight such as engines. Once a shipment leaves our dock, its in the hands of the shipping company and we have no or very little control of it’s handling. In most cases, we can supply you a normal delivery date upon request. Weather conditions can delay these normal delivery schedules and we have no control over that circumstance. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Although we ship International orders, our online shopping cart can only accept US orders at this time. Click on the International Customers Ordering Information tab to learn how place a International order with us. Lindsey Racing will accept and ship international orders. However, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reached your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit a refund. BACK ORDERS If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email or phone call within 4-5 days if your item is back ordered. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. PRICE CHANGES Prices subject to change due to interchanged part numbers in the event that this happens we will contact you prior to shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. Prices subject to change without notice, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to placing your order. You will have the option to continue the order with the adjusted price or cancel the order at that time. TAX CHARGES For orders placed from within the State of Oklahoma, sales tax will be applied. All other orders are tax free. CREDIT CARD SECURITY We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
