LINDSEY RACING 2-1/4" SPRING HATS
Another solution from Lindsey Racing when wanting to run
a 2-1/4" spring with a stock upper strut mount.
These Lindsey Racing Spring Hats are designed to enable you to use
a 2.25" ID coil spring and retain your stock factory upper strut mount
on any 944 based chassis.
For example we use these when installing a Bilstein Escort suspension kit and not wanting to run an adjustable camber plate. These replace
the stock stamped steel upper spring hat and accommodate the 2-1/4" spring.
