agrees to hold LINDSEY RACING, and their agents and employees harmless for any injury, loss, or damage; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of
LINDSEY RACING products. Many parts are intended for “OFF ROAD ”
and “RACING” applications only. It is suggested that State and Federal emission
regulation be checked.
Should any product prove defective after purchase, LINDSEY RACING's liability shall be limited to refunding the original cost of the product.
In addition, LINDSEY RACING reserves the right to modify and or discontinue parts without notice.
