MLS HEAD GASKET
The Cometic MLS (Multi Layer System) head gasket is comprised of 3 or 5 layers of Stainless Steel. Cometic uses Stainless Steel for increased strength, it's ability to rebound and corrosion resistance. Every other layer of the gasket
are embossed and coated on both sides with a flouroelastomer rubber based material (Viton) designed
to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes.
The MLS gasket is ideal for aluminum heads to aluminum blocks such as the 944 and 968 engines.
Lindsey Racing has these custom made to their specs with
additional water passage ways which we feel provides better cooling to the
cylinder head and reduces head gasket failure rates and cracking of the porcelain in the 944T exhaust ports.

RUBBER COATED STEEL CAM TOWER GASKET
This gaskets is offered as a alternative to the stock paper type cam tower to cylinder head gasket. This gasket is a Rubber Coated Steel piece measuring .020" thick. Developed for use on our Solid Lifter Camshaft kits to gain greater consistency on valve lash control.
Works on stock cars as well and may help prevent those occasional "blow outs" of the paper type gasket.
