Order methods for Lindsey Racing products
ON-LINE ORDERING :
- You can place your orders through our shopping cart system.
- Please make sure all necessary information is accurate and complete.
- If you think you made a mistake on something, simply follow up with a phone call or an email to Dave Lindsey.

- Don't forget to supply all necessary information such as...
- Part numbers and descriptions.
- Complete name and shipping address.
- Telephone numbers in case we need to contact you.
- Credit card information.
SHIPPING:
- We can accommodate your shipping needs from ground service to air service.
- On many large items, especially overseas destinations, we can offer excellent "Door to Airport" rates.
- Lindsey Racing utilizes daily UPS service.
- We also utilize the USPS (United States Postal Service) if requested.
- In addition, we use Regional, National and International freight carriers.
- We have no minimum orders or extra hidden handling fees.
- If you have the UPS tracking number, you can at any time check the in transit status of your shipment at
UPS Package Tracking.
- We can place your email address withing our UPS Worldship program and you will get notified of shipment tracking information.
RETURN POLICY:
- Returned items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
- We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.
- This charge is to help recover credit card fees, packaging materials, packaging labor, order processing labor,
and the un-availability of those parts to someone else.
- In order to return an item, you must first obtain a
RGA (return goods authorization) number.
- You can contact us to obtain the RGA number.
- Indicate this number clearly
with your returned merchandise.
- Merchandise returned without
a RGA number will not be accepted.
- Electrical item cannot be returned. No Exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS :
- We pride ourselves in quick friendly service. It's not
uncommon for us to have your order processed and
packaged within 60 minutes from the time of order. If you
cancel your order once processed, but not yet shipped,
you may be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover the
credit card costs already incurred by Lindsey Racing.
This only applies if we have already charged your account. Since we only charge your account the day
of shipment, this may not apply to you. The exception
would be deposits taken on custom orders such as
Lindsey Racing wheels or Engine Projects or in-house
repairs/modifications.
- On items such as GT Racing Fiberglass, Autopower
Roll Bars & Cages and Lexan Windows, you may have a
cancellation fee. Since we have to special order these items, we charge your account at the time
we place the order with the manufacturer.
- This does not apply to C.O.D. or open billing orders.
JOBBER / SHOP / DISCOUNTS:
- We have Jobber pricing on everything we sell.
- Discounts vary from product to product so it is necessary
you obtain one of our price lists.
- Phone or email to get your required exact jobber price.
DISTRIBUTOR:
- Contact Lindsey Racing to discuss further.
CORE REFUND:
Several of our products are modified versions of the factory
original part. For example: the Lindsey Racing Wastegate
Intercoolers
Cylinder Heads
Crankshafts.
Other items such as: Starter Motors
Alternators
Camshafts can also have core charges.
When those items are purchased, we are shipping out an
item that requires a "CORE CHARGE". This core charge is
a fee that we charge you to encourage you to return your
original part back to us so we can re-manufacture it for
the next customer. Think of it as a deposit on the
loaner core until we receive your old part back.
When your core is received back in, and passes inspection
as a usable part, we will credit you your
core charge based on the table below. The quicker you
return the core, the more it's worth to do so.
This sliding scale was initiated because we needed to put
some type of time cap on the arrangement. If your core is not
returned in a timely manner, we are forced to purchase
a replacement core in order to keep the flow of parts going. Once
we have replaced it, we may no longer have a need for yours.
For example: On domestic orders... with our 0-30
day 100% refund window, that allows a week for outbound
transportation time, 2 weeks for installation and a week for inbound
transportation time.
Below is the sliding value scale on the time table
based on "Calender Days" for core return refunds. Lindsey Racing reserves the
option to waive any penalty and honor a 100% refund if
special circumstances exist.
