HORSEPOWER TALK NEWS LETTER

January 2006:

We sincerely hope everybody had a safe and enjoyable Christmas and New Years holiday.

Our engine dyno project is coming along “steady as she goes”. Mike has been busy building all the fixtures necessary to attach a Porsche 4 cylinder engine to the Land & Sea Dyno. The fresh baseline engine itself is assembled and already sitting on the dyno. What was expected to be completed by the end of December looks like it will be taking a few additional weeks. When you factor in things like a fuel system, 1000 gallon water tank and engine controls, the job keeps getting more involved. We plan to put s treaming video's on the site with engine dyno runs and we may even install a Dyno-Cam.

We recently introduced a fuel injector harness for the 951. Last month we added 3 other harness applications. The 968, 944S2 and the 944NA 8v engine. Knock sensor harness’s are available for the 951 now, and the 968 and 944S2 are being finalized and should be available this month.

We are running several price specials for the Month of January.

All Fuel Injector Harness’s are 15% off regular price.

All 951, 944 and 968 SPEC Clutch Kit’s come with a free Clutch Hardware Kit. A $60 value.

Our Dual Port Wastegate comes with a free Manual Boost Controller. A $65 value.

10% off our Mag Wire Ignition Wire Sets for the 944NA and 951.

10% off our "complete" Lindsey Racing Fuel Rail Kits.

You must ask for these discounts. They are not automatic. If you place your order on-line, you would need to either follow up with a e-mail or phone call to request your discount. Be sure to request them when ordering on the telephone.

We are starting to get busy with engine work such as cylinder heads and engine block work. It's starting earlier then last year. We would like to encourage you to think ahead as much as possible if your needing to get that type of work done in time for your Spring events. What may normally take 2-3 weeks today could take 4-6 if you put it off until February or March. This year we are mainly working the customers cylinder head and block versus working with cores.

We have been having difficulty with our telephones. So much so that we are changing telephone companies in a attempt to once and for all remedy the situation. If you have called, and either get an immediate voice mail, or no answer, keep trying or please leave a voice message.

Thank you for making 2005 a fantastic year, and we look forward to making 2006 even better.
