We installed an Auto Power roll cage that was a bolt in setup that we modified to be a weld in. We shortened and reformed the tubes to tuck neatly along the roof and window frames. The Front of the cage passes through the heater vents on the dash and down to the rocker panels. This provides total knee clearance even for us 6'-5" pilots.

We selected a Sparco drivers seat and harness. Insulation under the front carpeting and rear carpeting and padding was removed. Doors are completely gutted as well as most interior panels. The sunroof was stripped of all hardware and padding and attached with dzus fasteners.

We felt there was a few wires that Porsche installed in the car that we could live without. This is not for the faint at heart. I would estimate the weight savings here to be about 20 pounds.
